Working with Brittany is a very positive and informed experience. She guided us through our first investment purchase. Brittany was the perfect pick to facilitate the sale of my home! I was hopeful I could find a buyer on my own (creating a listing, and arranging showings), however the paperwork requirements were much too daunting for me to tackle. Especially since selling my home was such a big financial decision, I didn't want to risk missing anything.
